In the logistics SPS preparation process, light-up intelligent material picking technology is applied to enable "foolproof" operation of employees and improve operational efficiency. Electronic display and low-power wireless self-organizing network system are employed to collect operational information generated in the process of inbound shelving, picking out, and inventory counting, while real-time interaction with the WMS system for inventory information. In the process of logistics SPS preparation, electronic tags and over-point scanning technology are applied to realize electronic instruction operations and eliminate the transmission of paper documents. By interfacing the picking system with the LES production system, the plan information is interactively updated in a real-time manner, and employees can read the plan through the display terminals at each workstation, replacing the manual marking form by employees. Meanwhile, in conjunction with the actual circumstances, adaptable development of customized functions, such as inserting jumping cars and material inspection is made available. Compared with traditional paper-based instruction sheets, the technology features the advantages of accurate and timely data information, and meanwhile, owing to the high scalability of the system, the transformation space can be reserved for subsequent intelligent upgrades to satisfy the technology integration scenario and the user experience of technology service requirements.
